1. What is sold
A subscription grants access to digital research content covering US, UK and HK stocks while the subscription is active. It does not include investment advice, personal recommendations or any trade execution service.
2. Subscription and billing
Monthly and annual plans are billed through Stripe and/or PayPal on the sign-up date and renew automatically. Founding members keep the founding price for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. We may change content and future pricing; existing billing cycles are always honoured.
3. Account rules
Memberships are for one individual user. You must not resell, share, scrape, redistribute reports, or reverse-engineer the linked TradingView scripts. Commercial redistribution or use to build a competing product is prohibited.
4. Service levels
Market data is delayed and supplied by third parties. Reports are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be delayed or missed. The hourly Pro alert service (when launched) is an informational email service with no delivery uptime guarantee.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any trading loss or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the UK courts.
